After we've scheduled our date, I'm sure we'll both be anticipating it with excitement.  I do understand that schedules sometimes change, so if you must cancel, I only ask that you please let me know as soon possible.  By all means, if you are feeling a bit under the weather, I'll be happy to reschedule at your convenience.  Happily, the gentlemen I typically befriend are as reliable as I am, so cancellation is not usually an issue. 

Never, never discuss the subject of money.  My donation should be made available at the beginning of our date and placed in plain sight, not concealed in an envelope or card.  Do not place me in the awkward situation of asking for my donation; I won't.  I will simply make a polite excuse and leave.  

As I am sure it is to you, personal hygiene is very important to me.  I'll always show up for our date clean and fresh, and appreciate the same in return.  I also believe that safety is extremely important in all things, and expect you to feel the same way.  As discretion is important for us both, please do not ask to take pictures of our time together.  

And of course, I ask that you be respectful, and bring your best manners along.  Respect and trust build a basis for any relationship; professional, or personal.  The more relaxed and at ease I feel with you, the more enjoyable our time together will be.
